Training Runs

Included in the program is a training plan for the 10 week period. There will be training runs once a week with your coach and group. You will be asked to run at least two more times each week. All details will be in your training plan!



Training runs will be on Monday nights at 7pm at Griffith Park at the Crystal Springs Picnic Area.
